Sandie earned an MBA, specializing in Marketing and Strategy, from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge.
She began her marketing career at Avery Dennison Office Products and advanced quickly, earning a reputation for tenaciously searching for and finding market data in an industry with minimal information generally available, which she applied to developing market-driven strategies. She demonstrated her sales ability by making business presentations to key retail customers which management credited with doubling product sales.
Her recent assignments include assisting a defense technology company to assess the market for a novel product in the commercial market, conducting market research to help them to understand key issues related to launching a new product outside their area of core competency.
She holds both U.S. and Mexican citizenship and speaks fluent Spanish.
Sandie lives in southern California with her husband and two children.
