Our approach is flexible. We'll work with you on an hourly, daily, monthly or project basis. We like to do what will work best for you and get started, as initial engagements often turn into long-term relationships.

Deliverables go way beyond the typical consultant's role of providing ideas. We get involved and work alongside you to ensure things happen well and on-time. Andy Mindlin often takes the lead for clients on critical projects, coordinating the activities of all the stakeholders on your team.

As appropriate, resources are brought in to help get projects done well and on time. If your needs are outside our core competencies, the effort shifts to helping you bring in resources to deliver what the business needs. In some cases, this means stepping aside. The focus remains on getting you what your business needs – not on extending the engagement.

The key is doing whatever is required to achieve the results you seek.
